ALL pets must be approved by host at time of booking. $50/pet cleaning fee per pet per week due day of check-in. Pets must be house trained and crated if left unattended. No pets on beds or furniture. By city ordinance, all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Please remember that you are staying in a townhome, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. There is a custom water conditioning system that will make taking a shower an experience. The water will make your hair and skin feel super soft. Your clothes will come out cleaner and you'll use less detergent. To take it to the next level, we've installed a Vollara Living Water drinking station. Here you will be able to select a custom pH level of your drinking water, from 7 - 10.
