5 minute walk to the beach! This is the best 3 bedroom deal in Pacific Beach! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, all of the fun bars, and the ocean makes the "PB BNB" worth every dollar. Comfortable, large beds with clean white sheets, white towels, and everything you need in a kitchen to vacation in San Diego. AC too! Managed professionally by San Diego locals, ask us for restaurant suggestions/tips to help you have the best weekend possible! Dogs OK with fee! Located between Garnet and Grand, less than 3 blocks from the beach. Across the street from the Habit Burger, with a fun outdoor patio and a 15 second walk to a liquor store with sandwiches and smoothies. On the same property as other smaller AirBnbs, our's is the back unit to the right of 1009 Hornblend Street. Pacific Beach can be considered a party town, there will be night time noise during the weekends!

The place was clean, right in the middle of Pacific Beach. The beach was just a away and close to many stores and restaurants
I would definitely read there again and the owner/manager was helpful and responsive.
Although you can sleep eight people, it is a better for 6 people +2 children. Bed seven is the couch. I bet eight is a blowup bed.

I really appreciated the hosts amazing communication, and availability. We ran into a toiletry shortage & the host Door Dashed what we needed in a matter of minutes.
The location is a 10/10. We were able to walk everywhere! If you enjoy walking, you definitely do not need a car.
My kids were so happy the complex had shareable boogie boards… they didn’t have to use their spending money on rentals!
We appreciated the modern decor, and for a family of 6, we all felt very comfortable.
The host has the place stacked with fans, and we were grateful for the refrigerated filtered water containers!
We enjoyed our stay & would most definitely stay again… we are already planning our next spring break!

Billy was a great host. He communicated well and made check\out very easy. The location is great for anything you want to do in PB. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of food options. Parking can be tricky but I was lucky and found a parking spot on the next street over. I'd stay here again.

Great location! It can get a little noisy but that is expected in Pacific Beach so it did not bother us! There are also earplugs which was a nice touch. Very clean and had everything we needed :)
