Escondido Pool House

We booked this place well in advance to find the weather wasn’t going to be nice the week of. We got a message on Wednesday stating to heat the pool would be $149/day and to heat the jacuzzi is $49/day and they need 18-24hour notice to heat. So we initially wanted to cancel and find a heated pool, but once we saw heating was available we decided to stay. Due to the price we were deciding on what day we wanted it heated. So we told them Friday that we wanted it heated Saturday only to find out the heater is broken. The host was responsive, but it was still very inconvenient to find out last minute. Also to operate the jacuzzi you contact the host to turn it on and off and they operate it on their end. We got there 30 mins early for a 3pm check in and the cleaner wasn’t trying to let us in. The people who share the property were VERY present all the time walking around. There’s also only a tv in the master room and not the two other bedrooms and 10am check out is very early!

Had a great time at this Airbnb! The host were responsive when we needed anything. The interior of the home was nice and clean, The only downside was rooms had missing blinds also there were chairs thrown around in the backyard so we had to go around and pick them up so it wouldn’t get blamed on us.

Honestly I am not much of a talker and do not always have much to say, however the time I spent in this house was amazing and I would definitely go back again.

Backyard was great for the kids! Zip line and trampoline were a hit with the kids. House was very spacious and well laid out for our big group. Property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. Major stores and cafes 15 min away. Nice drive to the house.

It was literally such an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. The view in the backyard was to die for! The jacuzzi was very nice. We had a little hiccup with the heating at first but they solved that immediately. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook pretty much any meal. This is definitely one of my favorite homes I’ve ever stayed in and I definitely will be back!!! :)

It was awesome, there were 8 of us and we all loved it. Really close to a lot of food spots and stores. We loved to pool and the out side bar with the grill.

Sai was fine, reaching out to Airbnb support is a big no-no and was not cool on their part. They wanted reimbursement for a plumbing issue that we fixed during their stay, and instead of communicating with us they spoke directly with Airbnb.

Great place to stay. We had an issue with bathroom clogging. The host was responsive and resolved the issue the same day. Since we were out for the most part we didn’t find it hard. The swimming pool heating and Jacuzzi are paid services. We were only informed about this one the day of check in. The host was nice enough to give us free jacuzzi heating for a day because of the clogging issue.
