They're together but have separate entrances. Mom and Dad can use the 1/1 studio as their private suite or a couple in the group. We do have a event space on site if you would like to host a big party, just DM us and let us know***** CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing! There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. Uber eats delivers to the property with no problem. The nearest store is in town in Escondido about 20 minutes away. Please remember that you will be staying in a home up on a hill, NOT a hotel. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security ❗ IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ❗ Rest assured that the house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive; however, please be informed that we are located in a mountainous area with abundant dirt and trees, which may result in the presence of dirt, dust, and dander indoors.
