While we did have a great time here, and I don’t want to be too critical, we definitely had some issues during our stay and overall I would not recommend staying here. Could be that it seems nobody had stayed here in months. The outside was dirty when we arrived with dirt and stains and debris all over. But when we informed the host, the groundskeeper arrived quickly and cleaned it somewhat. Second, the a/c for the bedrooms was out the first night and it was a long hot night, but the host had it fixed the next day. Third, the jacuzzi didn’t work and never did during our stay. Fourth, we had rats in the house and trapped two by the time we left. Floors were dirty as well. I’d be okay with some of these but the fact they wanted to charge us 50 a head to host an event here and we would have been embarrassed if we did so, really annoyed me. Overall it seems like it could have been a nice place a few years back but has fallen into disrepair. The host was responsive and groundskeeper worked hard when we had an issue. I hate to be critical but would likely not stay here again and feel we should be refunded some of the cost as the pictures are not reflective of what we experienced.

We had a great time! Spacious home. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained (pickle ball court, pool, land to explore). Beds extremely comfortable. Manuel, the person on site super helpful whenever we needed. Beautiful views! The hosts very responsive. Would definitely book again in the future! Thank you!

Nice rural setting. The house is high up so the view of the valley and surrounding area is stunning. Had turkeys, squirrels and rabbits come through the yard. But the road to the house is rural also. Private road about 1/3 mile to the house. Only about the last 500 ft. is smoothly paved. The rest is dirt/sand or very rough pot-holed pavement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, despite the fact that, as mentioned in previous reviews, there were maintenance issues. Some of the issues were two of the LED lamps over the dinning table were not working; the exhaust fan over the stove was not working; the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms made an annoying noise; the TV's in the bedrooms had "not connected" issues; faucets in the bathrooms did not have the diffusers installed, causing splashing if water was turned on beyond a small stream; a towel ring was on the floor when we arrived. The base of one of the faucets had to be taped to the counter top to keep it from spinning when operating the h

This was a beautiful location and such a spacious place for our group! We loved exploring the property and using the pickleball courts. The photos look very modern but the home is actually pretty old, which was fine but different from what we expected. Also, just know that there’s no dishwasher. That would have been helpful for us to know before planning to dine in for so many of our meals. We did also have a few issues with not having enough basic items for our guest count and things not being clean. I think it may have something to do with the fact that shortly before our stay, they seemed to have switched management companies. Still, they were helpful when we reached out so maybe it was just a temporary issue and it was a great deal!
